What is the minimum yardage amount I can order of cut fabric?
At Fat Quarter World, our minimum on cut yardage is 1/2 yard, but after that you can order any quantity to the exact 1/4 yard.

What payment methods can I use?
Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and other credit cards issued by U.S., Canadian and Japanese banks*

We do not accept: CODs, Personal checks, Money orders

*Credit Card Gift Cards can only be redeemed for orders less than the full amount available on the gift card. Orders cannot be split between two forms of payment when using a Credit Card Gift Card.

When will my order ship?
FatQuarterWorld.com will ship at least by the next business day following that your order is received. We may ship via USPS Priority or Global Priority, UPS or FedEx depending on the size of the order and your location. If you have a strong preference, or your location necessitates a specific provider, please indicate so on the comments section of your order form. Otherwise, shipping provider will be chosen at our discretion.

Can I come by and see your inventory?
To more efficiently serve you, we can only display our inventory via the internet. If you are looking for a specific fabric or collection, please give us a call at 800-707-8458. We do not have a “Pick Up Order” feature for a shipping option right now, but hope to in the future.

Can I return items in my order?

Will my order be taxed?
Sales Tax will be applied based on Shipping Address. Orders with a Shipping Address in the Domestic United States will not be charged sales tax unless the address falls within the state of Texas. Applicable sales tax will be included on all Texas orders at a rate of 6.25%. International Orders will not be taxed, but all customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient, not FatQuarterWorld.com. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift certificates; however, items paid for with gift certificates will be taxed if the items are sent to a recipient in Texas.
